We started trading in April 2018. After spending over two decades in the contract catering sector, leading operational teams and selling contract catering services Scott decided that clients should be getting better value from their catering partners and so the journey began…

Scott left gainful employment and took to the realms of self-employment. It was always the plan to focus on the contract catering market, but initially Scott bought a Café in Dorking. Turning this fully commercial business around in 6 months enabled him to self-fund the resources to launch PS Catering Management in March 2019.

I am responsible for creating and delivering your services with one eye closely focussed on the numbers ensuring budgets are delivered and you receive best value. I have worked in the Contract Catering sector for over 20 years, in both senior Operations and Sales roles, delivering catering services in Business and Industry and Education. Our focus is ‘All about you’ and by that I mean our customers, we offer you unparalleled attention and will ensure our customers receive the very best service possible.

Paula Wallis – Owner/Director of Food

I am responsible for our local supplier partnerships, menu and recipe development, allergen control and food labelling. I have vast experience in the Education Sector and will work closely with every client to ensure our food and menus are balanced nutritionally, are developed to meet food standards and are appealing to our customers and their specific needs, using quality ingredients from our nominated local suppliers.

Haydn Keable - Owner/Director of Operations

I am responsible for all day to day operational service delivery, statutory training and HR. I have led various site teams over the last 20 years, in both Business and Industry and Education units. I will ensure customer care is the key focus for all our multi-skilled and fully trained on-site teams.

Abi Casbierd – Company Development Chef

I am responsible for food innovation and product development, craft skills training and kitchen mobilisations. As a fully trained chef, I have worked in the education contract catering and Business and Industry sector for a number of years. My commitment to you is to ensure our food is safe, presented well, tasty and above all else our menus are developed to meet customer requirements.

I am responsible for supporting your site team as and when required, as well as supporting the delivery of craft skills training and kitchen mobilisations. I have worked in the Education contract catering and Business and Industry sector for over 25 years in various roles. My commitment is to ensure your catering team are supported, our food is presented well, it is tasty and our services are delivered to the required standards whilst I am in your site.

Max Wallis – Sales & Marketing Executive

I am responsible for assisting with the Sales and Marketing function. My commitment to you is to ensure all of the Marketing material in your site is available in advance, relevant, age appropriate, accurate and professionally produced.

I am responsible for assisting Haydn to support our clients and site teams, assisting with the preparation of monthly client management reports, managing our company diaries and helping our on-site teams with administration activities including uniform orders, marketing and auditing.

I am responsible for processing supplier invoices, controlling and reconciling supplier details on the database. Mediating between the sites and the finance department and assisting the finance team in the compilation of the monthly invoices and statements to clients.

Our Support Team

To assist us to deliver your services we work with several consultants. Our HR & Legal, Food, Health and Safety, IT, Accounting and Payroll functions are managed through external organisations which ensures that we can focus on your business, your services, your customers and your specific requirements.

Our People

Team members are hand selected through our recruitment process to ensure they fit our business culturally. We recruit in advance of growth in order to ensure we have the right people at the right time to manage our business properly. We believe people make our service industry so a person’s personality is a key attribute in our decision when making key appointment decisions and we then train our people to deliver. We are well versed in the process of TUPE ‘’Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) regulations 2006’’, and in fact 75% of our team have been transferred to our business through this process and they continue to thrive as part of our growing business.
